Delivery coverage
We deliver to cities and towns across Pakistan through our courier partners. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are packed after you confirm (WhatsApp reply YES, or the SMS/email confirm link). Confirmed orders typically dispatch within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery charges & timing
- Standard delivery: usually Rs. 250, delivered in about 2-4 working days after dispatch (remote areas may take longer).
- Free standard delivery on orders above Rs. 2,000 (before shipping).
Exact shipping for your city is shown at checkout once you pick a city. Times are estimates and may change with courier delays or weather.
Payment
This storefront is cash on delivery: you pay the rider in full when the parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.
Tracking
Once shipped, tracking details appear on Track order and we may also send them by WhatsApp or SMS.
Failed delivery
The courier usually attempts delivery up to twice. If the address is wrong or no one is available, the parcel may return to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may include an extra delivery charge. Repeated refused COD orders may require prepayment on future orders.
Cancellation before dispatch
You can cancel free of charge before dispatch by emailing contact@sairuu.com or calling +92-327-0331985, ideally within 12 hours of ordering. Once handed to the courier, see our Returns & refunds policy.
Damaged or missing parcels
Inspect on delivery. Report damage, missing items, or wrong products within 48 hours to contact@sairuu.com with your order number and photos. If a parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will trace it.
