7-day return window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Because these are skincare products, returns are accepted only if the item is unopened, unused, seal intact, and in original packaging. Keep your order ID as proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, unsealed, used, or tested. Sale/clearance items, gift cards, and free promotional items are also non-returnable.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Inspect on delivery. If something arrives damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at contact@sairuu.com or +92-327-0331985 with your order number and clear photos. Once verified we will replace or refund in full, including delivery charges, at no cost to you.
How to request a return
Email contact@sairuu.com with your order number and reason. Do not ship items back without approval. Once approved we share return instructions. Approved returns must be sent within 3 days of approval to:

Return courier charges are paid by you unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different product within the same 7-day window, subject to availability and the same unopened condition. Often the fastest path is to return the original and place a new order after approval.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect a return, we email whether the refund is approved. This storefront is primarily cash on delivery - approved COD refunds are paid by bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa to the details you provide, usually within 7 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact contact@sairuu.com.
Order cancellation
Cancel free of charge before dispatch by emailing contact@sairuu.com or calling +92-327-0331985, ideally within 12 hours of ordering. Once with the courier you may refuse delivery or request a return as above. See also our Shipping policy.
Complaints
Email or call us with your order number. We acknowledge complaints within 1 business day and aim to resolve them within 5 business days.
